Description: Sword With Sauce is a supercool first-person stealth combat sport in which you employ a razor sharp samurai sword and selection of neat products to slice your path through a small army of enemies that are patrolling a house.
Sword With Sauce may be a fast paced firstperson shooter/slasher, however it actually feels a lot like Hitman, with you ready to use your big choice of gadgets and weaponry to assassinate your targets at all you enjoy while you break your path at home. Your main system it a deadly samurai sword which can be used to cut enemies and parry attacks, or may also placed at enemies from distance. You also have a selection of other badass weapons and gadgetry though, from guided ninja throwing stars into a dangerous gas, all of which are a pleasure to mess around with when you carry on your murderous rampage. You can cause nearby opponents ahead running, they’re noisy and can also grab and use slain enemies weapons – but beware!
Sadly Sword With Sauce is no longer in-development, so unless the dev actually plans to return to it (please do!!), then a prototype level is all there will actually be of the special, Bloodfilled stealthy samurai slasher. A real shame, as even though it features a few rough edges, it reveals plenty of moving combat, sandbox, offer with it’s rapidly -style level design along with the great selection of great weaponry to create pain on your opponent. A very promising prototype well worth cutting into.
